Software Services
- Service Cancellation:
- Full Refund: You can cancel scheduled services with a full refund if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- Service Dissatisfaction:
- Redressal Mechanism: If you are dissatisfied with the service received, you must contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will attempt to rectify the situation by either re-providing the service at no additional cost or offering a partial refund depending on the case specifics.
