Need to Cancel a Service?

* Cancel 48+ hours before your scheduled service: Full refund
* Cancel within 48 hours: 50% refund to cover our preparation costs

Not Happy with a Service?

We want to make it right:

* Let us know within 7 days of service completion
* We'll either provide the service again at no cost or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation
